IMPORTANT: Please Read Before Completing The Form

Speak Out In Hounslow provides activities, learning and outings for adults with learning disabilities/autism. We are unable to support mental health conditions. We are NOT a support service. If you are not independent, you must come with your own support worker or carer. If you suffer with fits or epilepsy you MUST come with support.

We CANNOT provide support or additional care. Our staff are not allowed to support with lifting or personal care matters. Please do not ask our staff to help in these areas. Please arrange your own travel to/from our activities. For the safety of our staff, they are not allowed to see individuals home.

Many of our activities are free of charge. We take photographs at our sessions to use in our publicity such as for Speak Out news, on social media and to show evidence to our funders who financially support us. As a Speak Out member, you agree to being in our photographs.

We have a Speak Out In Hounslow Code of Conduct. All members, staff and trustees must follow the Code of Conduct rules. Before getting in touch with us, please read this here.
