We work closely with you to make sure your voice is heard and to help you achieve the life you want.

Our Story
Speak Out began in 1996 as part of a larger organisation. Back then, we trained people on how to speak up for themselves and helped set up Speaking Up Groups.
​
In January 2002, we became independent and started our journey as Speak Out in Hounslow.

Our Projects
Speak Out continues to run a variety of projects. We always ask people what they want us to do. This way, we can provide the services that are really needed.
Our Team
We have 11 staff members at Speak Out. Some people work with us only when needed, and a few of them have learning disabilities themselves. We also have many volunteers who help us make a difference.
