Speak Out is a charity. We work with people with learning disabilities & autism in the London Borough of Hounslow. 

We support people to speak up for themselves.  We help them to have a voice and be heard.

Our members help us decide what we do and how we can support them.

We  help people to speak up and choose what they want their lives to be like.

We help people to do things for themselves. 

We help people to join in with things where they live and be heard in the community.

We help people to change the services they get. Services need to be what people want and need.
